Amy Clark

Amy Clark is currently a data analyst at TrueAccord. Amy has previous experience as a team lead in quality control for Prosper Marketplace and as a home services specialist for Bank of America.

Amy began their career in quality control at Prosper Marketplace in December 2013. In this role, they were responsible for performing second and internal reviews of funded loans to identify missed fraud and procedural errors during QC reviews. Amy was also responsible for ensuring that verification agents were processing within documented policies and procedures to reduce fraud and default risk for investors. In addition, they developed and maintained quality control procedures in Confluence, alter and ran SQL queries for pulling review samples, and prepared and led monthly calibration meetings.

Within six months of being at Prosper Marketplace, Amy was acting as a leader on the team due to their extensive knowledge and excellent performance. In this role, they assisted the manager closely in a project to create new QC review scorecards based on new verification requirements.

Before working at Prosper Marketplace, Amy worked as a home services specialist at Bank of America from July 2012 to November 2013.
