Joseph Wilde

Joseph Wilde is the current Sr. Director of Analytics at TrueAccord. Prior to joining TrueAccord, Joseph held various finance roles at MidCountry Bank and Citi. Joseph started their career as an Operations Manager at Madison Capital Management.

At MidCountry Bank, Joseph was recruited to build a new Planning & Analysis function with an emphasis on helping build the annual operating plan, analyzing potential opportunities and threats, and developing strategies or initiatives to optimize the situation. By leveraging key roles in a Fiserv system conversion and a Cognos BI implementation, they were able to overhaul the bank's performance analytics suite and forecast modeling which improved financial covenant visibility, tightened inventory management controls, and expanded long-term business planning capabilities.

Before joining MidCountry Bank, Joseph was the Vice President and Director of Finance at Citi. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team of finance professionals and providing financial analysis and support to businesses across Citi.

Joseph started their career as an Operations Manager at Madison Capital Management where they were responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company.

Joseph has a proven track record in finance and analytics and is an expert in developing strategies to optimize business performance. Joseph is a valuable asset to any organization.

Joseph Wilde has a Master of Business Administration - MBA from the University of Missouri Trulaske College of Business with a focus in finance. Joseph also has two Bachelor of Arts - BA degrees from Missouri University of Science and Technology, one in industrial and organizational psychology and the other in military history.

Joseph Wilde reports to Mark Ravanesi, CEO, TrueAccord Group. They are on a team with Kelly Knepper-Stephens - Chief Compliance Officer & General Counsel, Mega Rankin - VP, Client Success, and Jessica Pabst - Sales Operations Manager.
