Kelly Chiles

Kelly Chiles has worked in customer relations and account management for over 15 years. Kelly began their career in 2004 with Countrywide Full Spectrum Lending as an account manager. In this role, they were responsible for increasing the mortgage loan portfolio by developing business contacts and attracting new mortgage customers. Kelly also completed mortgage loan processing and closing. In 2006, Kelly transitioned to Centrinex where they became the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to their clients. In this role, they developed, built, and maintained strong relationships with their customers. Kelly also ensured the timely delivery of their solutions according to customer needs and objectives. Kelly is currently a CSM at TrueAccord.

Kelly Chiles has a Business Administration degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Kansas City Kansas Community College.

Kelly Chiles reports to Brooke Barrett, Director, CS. They work with Daron Alvino - Strategic Client Manager, David McCord - CSM.
