Erin Lantz

Erin Lantz is the Director at TrueCar. Prior to their current position, they served as a board member for Washington Federal and Qualia Labs, Inc. Erin has also been an advisor for Zillow Group and Bank of America.

Lantz began their career in mortgage banking and quickly became a top-performing loan officer. In 2007, they were promoted to Senior Vice President of Program Management for Bank of America. In this role, they led various projects teams responsible for solving problems in areas such as acquisitions, data collection, and division mergers.

In 2010, Lantz left Bank of America to join Zillow Group as an advisor. During their time with Zillow, they provided critical insights that helped shape the company’s growth strategy. In 2015, they joined Hearsay Social as a member of their Board of Advisors.

Lantz’s wealth of experience in the financial industry has made their a valuable asset to TrueCar. In their current role as Director, they are responsible for leading the company’s growth initiatives. Under their guidance, TrueCar has become a leading provider of car buying services for consumers and dealers.

Erin Lantz has a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Philosophy, and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
