Krystal Brace

Krystal Brace has been employed in a variety of roles since 2006. Krystal began their career at Northern Pain Management as an Office Manager/Billing Supervisor, where they were highly experienced in determining a medical facility's records management needs and devising ways to meet them. Krystal was also responsible for creating and implementing medical records and filing systems. In 2009, Krystal moved to Clarion Hotel, where they served as a Banquet Server. Krystal then worked at Pride Gas Station as a Waitress in 2013. From 2014 to 2021, Krystal held the role of Rehabilitation Administrative Assistant at Hudson Seating and Mobility, where they adhered to applicable licensing rules, accreditation standards, HIPAA, Code of Ethics and New Passages' Policies and Procedures, including Corporate Compliance Plan and Personnel Handbook. Krystal also provided encouragement and motivation to clients. In 2020, Krystal began working at Dunkin' as an Assistant Manager and Store Cashier. Krystal then worked as a Supervisor at Mass Mutual Center in 2021 and is currently employed as an Administrative Clerk at Springfield Public Schools (Massachusetts).

Krystal Brace has a diverse educational background. Krystal obtained an Associate's Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Holyoke Community College in 2017. In 2020, they completed a CNA II & HHA program at Springfield Technical Community College. Krystal also holds an Associate's Degree in Medical Billing and Coding from Springfield Technical Community College, which they obtained in 2013.
