Nichole Crowley has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Nichole started their professional journey as an Assistant Office Manager at Wilson Brown Dungan & Associates in 2000. In 2002, they joined Thomson Reuters as an Account Manager for SALT Research. In 2006, they joined CCH, a Wolters Kluwer business, as a Microsoft Dynamics & Sage Software Channel Account Manager - Sales Tax Solutions. Nichole played a pivotal role in building and establishing MSFT Channel partnerships, driving revenue, and achieving continuous growth in the channel.

In 2011, Nichole joined Avalara, where they held multiple roles. As a Manager, National & Strategic Accounts, they managed channel relationships with Microsoft and Sage, working closely with field sales organizations, ERP development, ISV management, and Cloud Computing organizations. Later on, as a Senior Manager, Partner Sales - MSFT/ISV, Nichole developed and monetized relationships with MSFT Dynamics partners and coached them through sales cycles, ultimately achieving and exceeding quota year after year.

In 2018, Nichole joined Heartland Payment Systems as a Relationship Manager, responsibly engaging with clients and nurturing relationships. Nichole moved on to DiCentral in 2019, assuming the role of Director of Channel Sales - Microsoft, where they led channel sales initiatives and played a crucial role in driving growth.

Currently, Nichole holds the position of Sr. Director of Global Channels - D365 at TrueCommerce. Starting in 2022, they oversee global channels and brings their extensive experience to contribute to the company's success.

Nichole Crowley attended Lumen Christi Catholic High School from 1993 to 1997. Nichole then went on to study Merchandising Management at Michigan State University from 1998 to 2002, earning their Bachelor of Science degree.
