Lori Santos

Lori Santos has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various leadership positions. Lori is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at TrueCore Behavioral Solutions. Prior to this, they worked as the Regional Human Resources Director at Centerstone. Lori also held the position of VP of Human Resources at TrueCore Behavioral Solutions from 2019 to 2020. Before that, they worked as an HR Business Partner at Recovery Centers of America and as the Corporate HR Director at Progressions Companies Inc. Lori started their HR career as the Corporate Director of Human Resources at Vantage Point Retirement Living in 2006.

Lori Santos holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL Language Instruction. Lori obtained this degree from Salisbury University, where they studied from 1995 to 1997. Prior to that, they attended the University of Richmond from 1989 to 1993, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International/Global Studies. In addition to their academic qualifications, Lori Santos has also obtained certifications such as SHRM-CP from SHRM in January 2015 and Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in May 2019.
