Steve Repass, MBA has held various roles in the technology industry since 1992. Steve'scareer began at The Graphic Management Group, where they served as a Technical Support Representative. In 1994, they joined Aperture Technologies, Inc. as a Director of Consulting Services, Director of Professional Services (East), Project Manager/Sr. Project Manager, and Consulting Engineer/Sr. Consulting Engineer. In 2007, they were promoted to Vice President, Professional Services (East, Midwest, and Federal). In 2008, Aperture Technologies, Inc. was acquired by Emerson Network Power, where Steve continued in their role as Vice President, Professional Services Architecture and Global Director, Professional Services Strategy. In 2016, they were promoted to Global Director, Professional Services PMO at Vertiv Co (formerly Emerson Network Power). In 2017, they moved to FNT Software as Director of Professional Services and Customer Success. Steve is currently the Director of Customer Success at TRUEFORT.

Steve Repass holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Connecticut, and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Connecticut School of Business. In addition, they have obtained two certifications from LinkedIn, Learning Cloud Computing: Core Concepts in May 2017, and Transitioning from Data Warehousing to Big Data in May 2017.
