HARIKRISHNAN S has been working in the professional world since 2016. HARIKRISHNAN's first job was as a Senior Executive at IndiGo (InterGlobe Aviation Ltd), where they executed security control room operations, managed the workforce, and handled inventory management. In 2020, they joined TrueLark as a Client Support Specialist, where they trained the AI-led customer communication platform by reviewing responses and providing consistent feedback. HARIKRISHNAN also reviewed customer feedback on AI behaviour and documented actions, as well as generating written content in order to provide natural two-way communication.

HARIKRISHNAN S obtained a Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Nehru Institute of Engineering and Technology between 2012 and 2016.
