Hector Mejia

Hector Mejia has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Most recently, they served as the Director of Sales Operations at TrueLook Construction Cameras since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Sales Operations Analyst at the same company from March 2022 to November 2022.

Before joining TrueLook Construction Cameras, Hector worked at Inmar Intelligence as a Sales Operations Analyst from July 2020 to March 2022. In this role, they maintained the account/product matrix mapping, verified and reported recognized revenue, manipulated AR transactions for compensation purposes, and analyzed GL vs AR pulls.

Hector also has experience as a Sales Operations Specialist at Storm Guard Roofing and Construction from June 2019 to July 2020. Hector was responsible for sales reporting and forecast analysis, supervising productivity metrics on the CRM system, training team members on CRM functionalities, creating and maintaining views, reports, and dashboards, updating and cleaning the CRM system, and presenting information in sales meetings to increase sales based on observable data.

Prior to that, Hector worked as a Regional Account Executive at ACE School of Tomorrow from July 2014 to August 2018. In this role, they analyzed and improved standard operating procedures, supervised quality status visits, developed and maintained client accounts in Central America, provided expert solutions to customer inquiries, managed clients' contracts, prepared financial statements and reports, conducted public workshops, trained staff members, coordinated projects, and handled various administrative tasks.

Hector's earliest work experience was as a Resident Assistant at Harding University from August 2012 to May 2014.

Hector Mejia completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Management Information Systems from Harding University from 2010 to 2014. During the same time period, they also pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in International Business from the same university.

In 2022, Hector Mejia enrolled at Harding University again and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Information Systems (MSIS) with a concentration in Data Analytics. Hector is expected to complete the degree in 2024.

Furthermore, Hector Mejia obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB) certification from Inmar Intelligence in October 2021.
