Michael Krafft

Michael Krafft has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Michael is currently the Vice President & Head of Consumer Product & Design at TrueML, where they lead the development of customer-facing applications and machine learning-powered decision engine. Previously, they served as the Vice President, Product & Design at Alight Solutions, where they led the product team through the IPO and was responsible for various digital applications. Before that, they worked at American Express in various roles, including Vice President of Product Management and Senior Director of Product Management. Michael also worked at Churchill Capital as a Senior Associate in Leveraged Finance and at BNP Paribas as an Associate in Leveraged loan syndications. Throughout their career, Michael has demonstrated leadership and innovation in product development and management.

Michael Krafft has a BA in Psychology and Economics from Tufts University, an MBA in Management and International Business from Columbia Business School, and additional certifications in leadership excellence from Harvard Business School and Scaled Agile. Michael also attended Sidwell Friends School and AISJ, but no degrees or fields of study are specified for those institutions.
