Alexandra MacRae Conrad

Alexandra MarcRae Conrad is the current Vice President of Operations at TrueNorth. Alexandra has previous experience working with some of the world's largest companies in a variety of roles.

Conrad began their career as an Analyst for Walmart's Supply Chain & Logistics team in 2008. Alexandra quickly rose through the ranks and was promoted to Manager at Strategy& (part of the PwC network) in 2014. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team of consultants who advised clients on operations and supply chain management.

In 2016, Conrad joined Tesla as the Production Planning Manager for Gigafactory Nevada & Gigafactory New York. In this role, they were responsible for defining the best sales and operations plan within the factories' capacity constraints. Alexandra also built and managed the team that schedules production for the Model 3/Y Battery and Drive Unit, as well as the planners who direct what to build 24/7 on production lines for Model 3/Y Powertrain + Energy Storage (from 2017) and Solar Roof + Supercharger (from 2019).

In 2020, Conrad was promoted to Vice President of Operations at TrueNorth. In this role, they are responsible for leading and managing all aspects of TrueNorth's operations.

Alexandra MacRae Conrad graduated with an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and an AB from Harvard University.

They are on a team with Jeff Resch - Head of Demand Generation, Sanjaya Wijeratne - Co-Founder & CTO, and Jennifer Chu - Head of Growth. Their manager is Jin Stedge, Co-Founder & CEO.
