Rona Turnheim

Rona serves as Truepoint’s executive receptionist and is responsible for meeting, greeting, and welcoming everyone to Truepoint. In all of her activities, she strives to convey Truepoint’s warmth and its promise to deliver exceptional client service. Rona handles telephone calls, schedules client meetings for advisors, and assists with document management and the mail. She also contributes to various team projects, providing marketing, event planning, and data entry assistance. Before joining Truepoint, Rona dedicated her time to caring for others in her prior career where she worked in patient care and nurse education.
