Alberto Granja

Alberto Granja has an extensive work experience spanning various roles and industries. Alberto is currently working as a Senior Customer Manager at Truewind since April 2021, where they support sales, conducts executive meetings, manages contracts, and handles financial management. Prior to this, they served as a Customer Manager at Truewind from March 2020 to May 2021.

Before joining Truewind, Alberto worked at Pluri Educacional as a Project Manager and Product Owner from July 2018 to March 2019. Here, they supported the redefinition and prioritization of the scope and monitored the software development team.

Alberto also worked at Agfa HealthCare as a Product Manager from September 2011 to November 2016. Alberto'sresponsibilities included prospecting high-value market requirements, supporting annual roadmap planning, and analyzing market legislation.

Additionally, Alberto worked at WPD as a Systems Analyst from November 2007 to September 2011. Here, they defined project scopes and participated in the innovation team.

Earlier in their career, Alberto was a Technology Manager at CardPass - StartUp from May 2007 to October 2007, a Team Lead at Pitang from January 2005 to April 2007, an Engineer at CESAR from November 2003 to November 2004, and a Technical Teaching Professor at Faculdade Ibratec from June 2000 to December 2002.

Alberto Granja has a diverse education history. From 2007 to 2010, they attended FIR - Faculdade Integrada do Recife, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Technology. In 1998 to 2000, Alberto attended IBRATEC and received a Technical Education in Systems Analysis and Programming.

Later, in 2013 to 2014, they pursued an MBA in Hospital Management at UPE. This program focused on studying the processes and challenges of the hospital ecosystem.

Alberto also holds an LPI - Level 1 certification from LPI - Linux Professional Institute, which they obtained in January 2001. Alberto has also received the Outsystems Associate Developer certification from OutSystems in February 2011, and the OutSystems Associate Developer 10 certification from the same institution.

Furthermore, they participated in the CBIS 2012 - Congresso Brasileiro de Informática em Saúde in Curitiba - PR, organized by SBIS - Sociedade Brasileira de Informática em Saúde, in November 2012. Alberto also obtained an Análise de Pontos de Função certification from TI Métricas in November 2005.
