Andreia Lopes Hermínio

Andreia Lopes Hermínio has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Andreia started their career as an Accounting professional at Década Informática in 1999, followed by a role as a Commercial Assistant at PhaserTek Distribuição de Equipamentos Informáticos S.A. In 2000, they worked as a Marketing & Public Relationship professional at Imersiva. From 2002 to 2005, Andreia worked as a Project Manager at Safira.

Andreia then joined OutSystems in 2005 and held various positions including Professional Services Controller, Engagement Manager, and Customer Advocate. In these roles, they were responsible for project management, project control, and customer satisfaction. Andreia left OutSystems in 2010 and joined Timestamp as an Engagement Manager, where they were also in charge of team management, recruitment, and sales development.

In 2011, Andreia became an OutSystems Engagement Manager at Do iT Lean. Andreia'sresponsibilities included customer relationship management, project control, and portfolio management. Andreia also managed a team of 10 individuals and was involved in career management and recruitment.

In 2017, Andreia joined Noesis as an Agile Solutions Manager, and later became the Agile Solutions Senior Manager and Low Code Solutions Associate Director. Andreia supported both sales and delivery processes, helped the team deliver solutions for digital transformation, and facilitated the growth of team members' skill sets.

Most recently, in 2020, Andreia joined Truewind as the Customer Service Director for America.

Andreia Lopes Hermínio has a diverse education history. In 2022, they attended the OKEI Institute to become a Practicioner in PNL (Programação Neurolinguística). Andreia also studied Spanish at the Instituto Espanhol de Línguas for a brief period in 2014.

Furthermore, Andreia pursued their education at the Instituto Superior de Economia e Gestão (ISEG). In 1995-2000, they completed a degree at ISEG, although the specific degree name and field of study are not specified. Andreia later enrolled in a Post-Graduation program at ISEG from 2007 to 2008, specializing in Sistemas e Tecnologias de Informação para as Organizações (Information Systems and Technologies for Organizations).

Lastly, before their higher education, Andreia attended the Escola Secundária da Cidade Universitária from 1992 to 1995, where they focused on Economics.

In addition to their academic pursuits, Andreia obtained the Lean IT Foundation certification in October 2013 from the Quint Wellington Redwood Nederland institution.
