Liliana Neto has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Liliana started their career as a Technical Recruiter Trainee at the Portuguese Air Force in 2009. Liliana then worked as a Back Office and Front Office Assistant at NOS Portugal from 2009 to 2015. In 2015, they joined Groundforce as a Human Resources Trainee for a few months. Starting from 2015, Liliana Neto worked at Truewind, where they held various roles, including People Operations Assistant, Junior Organizational Development, HRBP, Tech Recruiter, and People Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for talent acquisition and recruitment coordination, team management, employee onboarding/offboarding, training and development coordination, performance appraisal coordination, and participation in HR projects. Liliana also assisted in developing and implementing HR policies, defined a new performance evaluation model, and administered compensation and benefit plans. Liliana Neto's most recent role at Truewind started in 2019 and is ongoing.

Liliana Neto's education history includes a postgraduate degree in Talent and People Management from Nova School of Business and Economics, which they obtained from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they completed a master's degree in Social and Organizational Psychology from Universidade Lusófona - Centro Universitário Lisboa from 2014 to 2016. In 2009 to 2010, they also earned another master's degree in Psicologia do Trabalho em Contextos Internacionais e Interculturais from the same university.
