Renata Campos

Renata Campos has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Renata is currently working at Truewind as a Frontend Specialist in OutSystems since February 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of Frontend Developer at Truewind from December 2020 to January 2023. Before that, they worked as a Junior Frontend Developer at Truewind from August 2019 to December 2020. During their time at Truewind, they also participated in the Truewind Academy in 2019.

Before joining Truewind, Renata took an intentional sabbatical from their career from August 2015 to June 2016. Renata traveled independently to Southeast Asia and engaged in cultural experiences, travel photography, and volunteer work, including teaching English to children at ASPIRE School and Orphanage in Siam Reap, Cambodia.

Prior to their sabbatical, Renata worked at Gerdau S.A. as a Project Coordinator from June 2012 to June 2015. Renata'sresponsibilities included project management, technical document analysis and approval, equipment inspection, and budget planning. Renata also managed outsourced teams.

Renata started their career at Samarco Mineração as a Project Engineer from August 2008 to June 2012. Renata specialized in project management and was a Green Belt for Lean Six Sigma Methodology. Renata successfully led improvement projects, including one that resulted in significant cost savings for the company.

Before joining Samarco Mineração, Renata worked briefly as a Commercial Engineer at Yokogawa América do Sul from January 2008 to August 2008. Renata started their professional journey as an Internship Trainee at Samarco Mineração from November 2006 to November 2007.

Renata Campos has a solid education background. Renata obtained a Master's degree from ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed their MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, from 2010 to 2012. Renata also has a Bachelor's degree in Automation and Control Engineering from UFOP - Universidade Federal de Ouro Preto, which they completed from 2002 to 2007.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Renata has also obtained several certifications. Renata is an Associate Reactive Developer and Associate Web Developer, certified by OutSystems, with the latter certification obtained in September 2019. Renata is also a certified BPM Business Process Management – Certified Process Professional Level 2, accredited by BP Group, with the certification obtained in April 2011. Renata is a Green Belt in the Lean Six Sigma methodology, certified by Werkema Consultoria in May 2009. Moreover, Renata holds certifications in Inbound Marketing and Inbound Sales from HubSpot Academy, both obtained in May 2017. Additionally, they have certifications in Content Marketing and Web Content Production from Rock Content, obtained in June 2017.
