Keiona Bess

Keiona Bess has over a decade of experience in fraud management and banking operations, currently serving as the Enterprise Fraud Management Team Lead 2 at Truist since August 2019. Prior roles at Truist included Enterprise Fraud Management Team Lead 1 and Financial Crimes Analyst. Previously, Keiona worked at SunTrust from October 2008 to August 2019, advancing through positions such as Operation Analyst, Fraud Investigator, and Fraud Prevention and Claims Specialist. An early career at H&R Block included a seasonal role as a Tax Preparer. Keiona Bess holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Columbia College, completed between 2011 and 2015, and an Associate's degree in General Studies from Columbia College, obtained from 2009 to 2011.
