Amanda Goodrich Robertson

Amanda Goodrich Robertson, PHR has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Amanda started their career as an 8th Grade Teacher at Student U in 2013 and later served as a Mentor/Tutor. In 2014, they transitioned to Brooksource as a Technical Recruiter and eventually became a Senior Recruiter. From 2016 to the present, Amanda has been associated with Truliant Federal Credit Union, where they first worked as a Recruiting Specialist before progressing to the role of Sr. Recruiting Specialist. Amanda then took on the position of Supervisor, Regional Member Service Support, followed by a role as a Human Resources Generalist focusing on Employee Relations. In 2021, Amanda became the Manager of Talent Acquisition at Truliant and currently serves as the Director of Human Resources Operations. Additionally, they briefly worked as a Seasonal Recruiter at BELL (Building Educated Leaders for Life) in 2016. Amanda's experience showcases their expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and human resources management.

Amanda Goodrich Robertson, PHR, completed their education at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2010 to 2014. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with a focus on History. In April 2017, Amanda obtained their PHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
