Prestin Torchia

Prestin Torchia serves as the National Compliance Director at Trulieve since 2020, overseeing compliance with US cannabis regulatory programs and managing a compliance team across various departments. Previously, Torchia held the title of Regional Compliance Director, developing vertical integration strategies for the Northeast Region and leading cross-group collaborations in manufacturing, retail, and compliance. Torchia’s experience also includes a role as Compliance Manager at Cresco Labs, focusing on seed-to-sale compliance, and as a System Specialist at Revolutionary Clinics, where controls for state-mandated reporting were established. Torchia's career began in the U.S. Coast Guard, progressing to leadership in food service and logistics management. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Health, Wellness, and Nutrition from Framingham State University and additional studies in Leadership and Management at the U.S. Coast Guard Academy.
