Rupa Jaganathan

Rupa Jaganathan, PMP has extensive work experience in product management and project management roles. Rupa currently serves as the Director of Product Management at Trulioo. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Solutions at Vancity, where they led strategic initiatives in product management. Rupa also held positions at SAP, including Principal Program Manager at SAP Concur and Senior Technical Project Manager. Rupa has experience in defining and implementing delivery processes that meet global standards. Additionally, they worked at Syscon Justice Systems as the Director of Product Management, leading a team in delivering an enterprise solution for a correctional agency. Rupa also has experience at Payment Processing Inc as a Technical Product Manager and Quality Assurance Manager. Rupa began their career as a Business Analyst at Appsec Consulting and as a Senior Software Engineer at SAP. Rupa holds a PMP certification and has a strong track record of successfully delivering projects.

Rupa Jaganathan, PMP, holds a Certification in Software Engineering and Quality Assurance from The University of British Columbia, which was obtained from 2006 to 2008. Rupa also has a Masters degree in Computer Science from Osmania University, earned from 1993 to 1996, and a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from the same institution, obtained from 1990 to 1993. In addition to their formal education, Rupa Jaganathan has also obtained a Digital Transformation Leadership certification from Digital Innovation and Leadership (DIAL) in 2022, as well as a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
