Marc Papazian is the CEO and co-founder of Propolis, a company associated with Y Combinator X25, since April 2025. Additionally, Papazian serves as a scout for Felicis and an angel investor. As the founder of Moukh Wines, operations include managing a vineyard in Armenia. Papazian is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations Young Professionals and a National Security Fellow at the Truman National Security Project. Previous experience includes roles as Director of Product for various AI startups, Lead Deployment Strategist at Palantir Technologies, and an ANCA Fellow working with Representative Schiff and the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. Papazian began a career in venture capital as an intern at Cota Capital after completing a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and East Asian Studies at Harvard University.
