Jennifer Crothamel

Jennifer Crothamel, PMP has over 18 years of experience in project management and process improvement. Their most recent role was as VP - Project Manager at TruMark Financial Credit Union. Prior to that, they worked at Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC as the Process Improvement Manager and Head of Originations PMO, where they developed and implemented a new PMO framework and infrastructure. Jennifer also worked as SVP - Business Control Manager at Bank of America, where they collaborated with senior management on complex business issues and managed a team responsible for strategic initiatives. Jennifer began their career at Berkadia as AVP - Black Belt, where they facilitated improvement projects and trained team members in Six Sigma methodologies. Jennifer is a certified PMP and has experience in portfolio management, resource management, training, and communication.

Jennifer Crothamel, PMP earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Penn State University in 1992. Jennifer has also obtained additional certifications including Black Belt from Capmark, Master Black Belt from Villanova University Online Business Programs, and PMP from the Project Management Institute.
