Walter Cartwright

Walter Cartwright is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in product support and maintenance management. Currently serving as a Product Support Engineer at TRUMPF North America since September 2022, Walter focuses on providing support for flatbed LASER machines. Previously, at Ardagh Glass Products, Walter held the positions of Maintenance Supervisor and Asset Reliability Manager/Planner, where responsibilities included asset management, planned maintenance, team supervision, and training. With a strong foundation from Motorola, Walter contributed significantly in various roles, including Senior Electrical Engineering Technician, where tasks involved testing smartphone charging systems and leading hardware and software upgrades. Walter's career began in the US Navy, where leadership and technical skills were developed as a Company Commander and Avionics Technician Second Class. Walter holds a certification in Electrical/Electronics Maintenance and Repair Technology from San Diego State University.
