Robin Varghese

Robin Varghese has worked in the Human Resources field since 2015. In 2020, they became a Human Resources Business Manager at Trundl.com - Atlassian Platinum Solution Partner. From 2015-2020, they were an HR Associate (Generalist) at UST Global, where they planned HR Function strategies and priorities to align to Business strategy and changing needs to help shape the appropriate culture. Robin also facilitated and implemented appropriate interventions to enhance performance/communication as per strategy goals generally set at the leadership level. Prior to that, they had internships in Human Resources at HLL LIFECARE LIMITED and Lupin Pharmaceuticals. In 2012, they were a Marketing Executive at RESONANCE Eduventures Pvt Ltd.

Robin Varghese has a Master of Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Loyola College of Social Sciences, which they obtained in 2015. Robin also has a Bachelor of Business Management in Business Administration and Management, General from B.S.S.S., which they obtained in 2013. Additionally, they have two certifications: Human Resources Foundations from LinkedIn, which they obtained in May 2020, and Organizational Design: Creating Competitive Advantage from IIMBx | Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
