Head Of HR at TrunkBBI

Kerrie Mooney has a strong background in HR and people process management. Kerrie began their career as an Administrator in 2001 at Mere PR & Lake Design, where they gained experience in office management, finance, and HR management. Kerrie worked closely with Peninsula Business Services for HR advice until they became proficient enough to handle HR internally. In 2013, they joined BJL as an HR Manager and played a significant role in building BJL's HR function over the next 8 years. Their responsibilities included recruitment, onboarding, appraisal management, absence monitoring, and strategic training plan development. In 2021, they joined ISC Learn as a CIPD Level 5 student and is currently the Head of HR at TrunkBBI.

Kerrie Mooney earned a BA Hons 2.1 degree in Communications from the University of Lincolnshire and Humberside between 1994 and 1997. In 2004-2005, they attended Trafford College to pursue a CIPD Personnel in Practice degree. Prior to that, Kerrie Mooney studied at King George V College from 1992 to 1994.
