Tania de Wouters(BSc, MSc)

Tania de Wouters has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Tania started their career as an Associate Software Engineer at Accenture, where they evaluated capabilities of SAP software solutions and ensured customer requirements were met. Tania then worked as an IT Administrator at Business Parks Of Mauritius Ltd, where they managed the IT department and networking setup. Tania later joined Hays as a Test Analyst and then as a Global Business Analyst, delivering projects that improved Hays processes and leading requirements for cross-functional teams in multiple countries.

Most recently, Tania worked at TruRating as a Business Analyst, shaping and documenting business requirements across multinational territories. Tania then progressed to the role of Senior Business Analyst, responsible for managing business priorities and working on system enhancements and upgrades. Tania further advanced their career at TruRating, taking on the role of Senior Product Manager, where they created product strategies and collaborated with various teams to implement product features. Tania currently holds the position of Scrum Master, implementing a new Scrum process across different teams and coaching them on effective collaboration and product delivery.

Tania de Wouters completed their education in the field of Information Technology. In 2006, they obtained a Bachelor's degree from the University of Mauritius. In 2007, they pursued a Post Graduate Certificate in Software Engineering with a specialization in Enterprise Resource Planning from Accenture/University of Mauritius. In 2008, they participated in the Cisco Certified Network Associate Course at the Cisco Academy, focusing on Networking for Home and Small Businesses. In 2009, they enrolled at Kingston University and successfully completed their Master of Science (MSc) in IT & Strategic Innovation with Management Studies. Additionally, in 2013, Tania completed the BCS Fundamentals in Business Analysis program at the British Computer Society.
