Marshall Ponzi has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Marshall started their career at CA Technologies in 2000 as a National Account Manager for Strategic Accounts and later held positions as Director of Solution Sales and Director of Worldwide Sales Strategy and Sales Operations. During their tenure at CA Technologies, they contributed to a significant sales and earnings turnaround.

In 2008, Marshall joined IBM as the VP of Global Sales and Marketing Operations, where they played a crucial role in leading business transformation initiatives and consolidating global operations. Their responsibilities included sales and marketing strategy, performance improvement, and scaling operations. IBM later acquired the company Marshall worked for, which specialized in SaaS and on-premise Predictive Analytics platforms and tools.
