Rachel Bull is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in policy and research within the public sector. Currently serving as Head of Policy and Research at The Trussell Trust since September 2022, Rachel previously held the position of Head of Rough Sleeping Policy at the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities from December 2020 to September 2022. Prior roles at the Department for Education included Head of Office for the Minister for Children and Families, Team Leader/Policy Lead for Children's Social Care, and Senior Policy Advisor for Children's Social Care Improvement.
