Joanna Jepson has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies. Joanna is currently serving as the Group Director of People and Purpose at Trust Alliance Group since July 2023. Prior to that, Joanna worked at Ombudsman Services from June 2019 to July 2023, holding the position of People and Change Director. Joanna also served as the Head of Organisational Effectiveness at Ombudsman Services from May 2016 to May 2019.
Before joining Ombudsman Services, Joanna was the Lead Communications Business Partner HR and Change at The Co-operative Group from December 2014 to April 2016. Joanna also worked at Bank of America as the Culture and Engagement Lead from September 2012 to December 2014.
Joanna's previous experiences also include working as the Regional Communications Manager UK & Ireland at SCA Hygiene Products from November 2008 to October 2012, and as the Communications & Engagement Manager at Co-op from 2004 to November 2008.
Their career began at Marks and Spencer, where they held the positions of Christmas Programme Office Manager from 2001 to 2004, and European Merchandiser from 1998 to 2001.
Joanna Jepson attended Sutton Coldfield Grammar School for Girls from 1987 to 1993. Joanna then pursued their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in French and Spanish at the University of Bradford from 1993 to 1997.
