Tom Gell

Tom Gell is a founder and advisor with extensive experience in startup and scaleup environments. Currently serving as Founder of ISO Serious and Tom Gell Consulting since April 2024, Tom specializes in simplifying compliance processes and providing business coaching for high-potential startups. Previously, Tom was a Strategic Advisor at Trust Keith from 2020, contributing to the company's growth and overseeing data protection and customer engagement as Head of Data Protection. Tom also founded Teal Group Consulting during the pandemic and has held various roles in the UK public sector from 2012 to 2020, alongside an experience as an English teacher in a Chinese private school. Tom holds a PhD (Hon) in Metaphysics from Abide University.
