Cali Slepin is an experienced professional in the field of housing and urban planning, currently serving as the Director of Lending Initiatives at the National Housing Trust since June 2021, after previously holding the position of Lending Initiatives Manager. Previous roles include Housing Research Assistant at the Othering & Belonging Institute at UC Berkeley and Housing Lab Communications Associate at the Terner Center for Housing Innovation. As a graduate student at UC Berkeley, Cali served as a Graduate Student Instructor for courses on affordable housing finance and real estate development project management. Additional experience includes roles at the HOUSING LAND TRUST OF SONOMA COUNTY, Harvest Properties, Inc., and the Urban Land Institute, enhancing expertise in advisory services and development.
