Eric Levy

Eric Levy has over 15 years of experience in the financial industry, with a focus on strategic initiatives, project management, and operational efficiency. Eric is currently the Chief of Staff & Global Head of the PMO at Trust Payments.

Previously, Eric was the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Ingo Money, where they created and led the first project delivery organization. Eric managed a team of four and directed client installations/integrations. Under Eric's leadership, operational expenses were decreased by 13% across risk center operations with automated check matching, phone queue routing, and check maker information recognition. Eric also implemented SmartSheet as a portfolio management solution, resulting in real-time visibility and transparency for more than 60 inflight/near flight projects. In addition, Eric lowered client-facing project duration from five plus months to less than 90 days with the implementation of a project management methodology and playbook creation to promote the delivery of instant payments/push fund projects.

Before Ingo Money, Eric was the Director of Enterprise Program Management at First Data Corporation. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team of program managers in the development and execution of multi-million dollar strategic initiatives for First Data's largest clients. Eric successfully delivered on all objectives and targets set forth by executive leadership.

Prior to First Data Corporation, Eric spent 5 years at SunTrust Bank as the First Vice President - Execution and Delivery - Consumer and Business Card. In this role, they were responsible for leading

Eric Levy has a Master of Science in Corporate Communication from Ithaca College and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology from Ithaca College. Eric is also Six Sigma Certified Greenbelt from SunTrust and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.

They work with Tom Pilling - Chief Risk Officer, Siobhan Wright - Group Head, HR, and Kevin O’Connell - Chief Product Officer. Eric Levy reports to Daniel Holden, CEO.
