Luke Borg Costanzi

Luke Borg Costanzi has extensive experience in client operations and service delivery, currently serving as Group Head of Client Operations and Group Head of Service Delivery at Trust Payments since May 2018. Prior to this role, Luke worked at Credorax from September 2011 to May 2018, progressing from Senior Operations Analyst to Team Leader of the Merchant Services Team. Earlier in Luke's career, involvement at Bank of Valletta plc included roles in networking, business continuity, and operations from July 2007 to September 2011. Academically, Luke holds a Master's Degree in Computer Information Systems with a focus on Business Continuity Management from the University of Malta, completed in 2014, and a B.Sc. in Business and Computing, obtained in 2009 from the same institution.
