Emily Gnam

Emily Gnam has extensive experience in the legal field, particularly in corporate compliance and labor and employment law. Emily started their career as an Associate at Foley & Lardner LLP, where they gained experience in corporate and labor and employment litigation and counseling. In 2001, they joined TruStage as a Senior and Lead Counsel, where they managed product and corporate litigation, provided labor and employment counseling, and developed risk management tools for credit unions. Over the years, they advanced to roles such as Associate General Counsel and VP, Associate General Counsel, leading teams in areas such as labor and employment, diversity and inclusion, corporate policies, ethics and compliance, and internal investigations. Currently, at TruStage, they hold the position of VP, Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer, Associate General Counsel, overseeing corporate compliance efforts and providing legal advice in labor and employment matters.

Emily Gnam obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in History and English from Vanderbilt University in 1993. Following this, they attended The University of Alabama School of Law from 1993 to 1996, where they completed their Juris Doctor degree.
