Karen Laughlin

Karen Laughlin has over 35 years of work experience in the Human Resources field. Karen began their career in 1983 at The Business Bank where they held the role of Vice President-Human Resources. In 1998, they moved to LabCorp where they were an HR Manager. In 2004, they joined Alliance Bank as a Senior Vice President. Karen then moved to WashingtonFirst Bank in 2011, where they were a Senior Vice President/Human Resources. Since 2019, they have been working at Trustar Bank, where they have held the roles of Senior Vice President Human Resources and Executive Vice President Human Resources.

Karen Laughlin obtained their BS in Business Administration from James Madison University between 1978 and 1981. Karen also attended George Mason University between 1977 and 1978, studying Business Administration and Management, General.
