Hayley Pearce, SHRM-CP

Hayley Pearce has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Hayley is currently working as a People Operations Manager at TrustCloud since May 2022. Previously, Hayley worked at Cloud Elements, starting in 2020 as a Human Resources Generalist. In this role, they managed various HR functions such as HRIS, payroll processing, benefits, and onboarding/offboarding employees. Hayley also led parental leave, FMLA, and STD/LTD processing. Before that, Hayley held the position of Team Experience Manager at Cloud Elements from November 2019 to April 2020, where they designed and developed programs and workshops to reinforce the company's values and culture. Prior to their work at Cloud Elements, Hayley served as a Community Operations Manager at Sifted.co from February 2017 to April 2018. Hayley also gained experience as an Office Manager at Hands On Wellness Chiropractic from November 2015 to September 2016 and as a Receptionist at Stone Summit, LLC from January 2013 to June 2013. Additionally, Hayley worked as a Receptionist and Veterinary Assistant at Mallard's Landing Veterinary Hospital from August 2011 to November 2012. Hayley'searliest work experience includes serving as an Office Manager at Eagle's Landing Wellness & Chiropractic Center from September 2007 to May 2010.

Hayley Pearce, SHRM-CP, completed their Bachelor's Degree in Sociology at Georgia State University from 2012 to 2016. In August 2020, they obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from BadgeCert.
