Karen Eichner

Karen Eichner SHRM-CP is currently the Director of Human Resources at Trusted Nurse Staffing since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Human Resources & Administration at Rosina Food Products, Inc. from March 2020 to March 2022. Before that, they were a Trainer/Speaker at CFS EAP from June 2016 to April 2020. Karen also served as the Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Manager at National Air Cargo, Inc. from October 2017 to March 2020. Karen Eichner SHRM-CP has experience as a Human Resources Consultant at Benefit Brokers of WNY, LLC from January 2016 to October 2017, and as a Human Resources Supervisor at Astronics LSI from September 2014 to January 2016. Karen also worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Astronics for a brief period in 2014. Prior to that, they were an Administrative Assistant at Retina Consultants of WNY from January 2012 to April 2014. Karen began their career as a Store Manager at Alfred Angelo Bridal from August 2011 to January 2012, and later served as a Store Manager at Pearle Vision from July 2010 to August 2011.

Karen Eichner SHRM-CP obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Human Resources Management from SUNY Empire State College in 2013. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Fierce Facilitation from Fierce Conversations in October 2022.
