Annika Poutiainen

Annika joined Trustly in 2024 as Chief Legal Officer. Annika is a board member of CallerID, spam blocking app Truecaller AB, and telecoms and mobile money services company Airtel Africa plc. She has a regulatory background, having previously worked for the Swedish Financial Supervision Authority and the Council for Swedish Financial Reporting Supervision. Prior to joining Trustly, Annika has worked for top companies and brands such as Nasdaq and Swedbank. Annika brings a vast wealth of legal, compliance and market regulation knowledge to Trustly alongside her well established skills as a leader and advisor. Furthermore, Annika is a passionate advocate for corporate governance, sustainability and financial inclusion; topics which are increasingly important for Trustly and going forward.
