Nadine Clausen is a seasoned Human Resources executive with over 20 years of strategic leadership experience, currently serving as the Executive Director of HR Strategic Partnership at Trustmark since December 2004. Clausen has a strong track record in aligning business needs with effective organizational practices and change management, having previously held roles as Sr. HR Director, HR Director & Business Partner, and Associate HR Business Partner. With expertise in employee relations, recruitment, and talent acquisition, Clausen has effectively supported more than 1000 associates and facilitated key discussions that bridge business strategy with workforce strategy. Prior experience includes serving as an Executive Recruiter at Trustmark Insurance from 2000 to 2004, where Clausen managed recruitment, conducted exit interviews, and oversaw college recruiting initiatives.
