Milica Gay

Milica Gay currently serves as the Head of Programmes at Trustonic, a position held since February 2025, while concurrently being the Director at Eye of Cat Ltd since September 2017. Previously, Milica Gay worked at Nomad Foods as a Programme Manager for the SAP S4 Hana Transformation Programme from March 2023 to October 2024. At Diageo, Milica Gay held multiple roles, including Europe Programme Manager, where the focus was on implementing a preferred POS supplier across Europe, and Global Programme, Change & Transition Lead, overseeing supplier selection and global plan implementations. Additional responsibilities at Diageo included Marketing Procurement Programme Manager and Global Commercial & Customer Planning Programme Lead. Milica Gay obtained a 2:1 degree in Business Administration from the University of Bath and achieved Associateship with the Chartered Institute of Bankers, ranking 5th in the UK that year.
