Vyas Ramaraj

Vyas Ramaraj is the current Head of HR at TrusTrace. Vyas has over 11 years of experience in Human Resources. Prior to joining TrusTrace, they were with embedUR systems as a Senior Human Resources Professional from August 2019 to July 2021. Vyas has also worked with NAKILAT as the Head of OD & Training from June 2015 to August 2019, where they were responsible for the strategic design, development and delivery of new HR practices.

Before moving to Qatar, Vyas was based in India and worked with Logic Information Systems as the Senior Human Resources Manager from December 2014 to May 2015. Vyas was also with Vortex Engineering Pvt. Ltd. as the Human Resources & Admin Manager from January 2010 to December 2014. Their first HR role was with MindTree as the Manager – People Function from January 2008 to December 2009.

Vyas Ramaraj has a MSW from Madras Jobs in the field of HR & IR. Vyas also has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Loyola College in Economics. Additionally, they have a Business/Commerce, General degree from Modern Senior Secondary School. Vyas is also certified as an ISO 9001 :2008 Internal Auditor.

Their manager is Shameek Ghosh, CEO and Founder. They are on a team with Ganesh Natarajan - Head of Product, Saravanan P - COO and Founder, and Anja Sadock - Head of Marketing.
