Dan Morales is the current Director at TruU. Prior to their current position, Dan was with The Hive, LLC, Special Olympics Northern California & Nevada, and eBay.

Dan Morales has over 18 years of experience in the technology field. Dan began their career at eBay in October 2011 as the CIO. During their time there, they were responsible for transforming the IT organization into a global one by creating a Technology roadmap that focused on People, Process, and Technologies. Dan also revamped the image of IT by relaunching the internal innovation program to create solutions that could bridge internal IT with external product development. In addition, they modernized internal applications by delivery a services oriented architecture, leveraging HTML 5 adaptive responsive mobile development to transform employee experiences. Dan managed a team of over 1000 resources with a significant budget during their time at eBay.

some of their notable accomplishments include: transforming internal collaboration systems by migrating to O365 and implementing Google Applications; revamping communications while reducing dependency on traditional analog phones by implementing a state of the art video production system across the globe; improving employee productivity by delivering an internal employee mobile app that brings authentication, approvals and news directly to the employee's smart phone; modernizing eBay's existing corporate network by upgrading network architecture in over 62 global locations; and transforming an outsourced IT help desk process by in-sourcing and creating MyIT Lounges at key locations.
