Blake Shrout, PharmD

Blake Shrout, PharmD, currently serves as a Patient Access & Affordability Solutions Architect at Truveris since September 2022. Prior to this role, Blake worked as a Clinical Pharmacist at Conduent from March 2021 to September 2022 and as a Consultant Pharmacist at PSRI Technologies, LLC from October 2020 to March 2021. Blake's extensive experience in the pharmacy field includes multiple positions at Walgreens from May 2014 to March 2021, where Blake held roles such as Pharmacy Manager and Staff Pharmacist. Blake earned a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, completing the program in 2014.
