Sharon Malander has extensive work experience in the Human Resources division. Sharon started their career in 1980 at Southern Life as an Employee Benefits Manager and worked there until 1990. In 1990, they joined Truworths and held various roles including SNR Divisional HR Manager until 2020, before being promoted to HR Divisional Director until 2021. Currently, they serve as the Director of the Human Resources Division at Truworths.
Sharon Malander obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Business/Managerial Economics from South Peninsula High School from 1975 to 1979. Sharon also obtained certifications as a Global Remuneration Professional from WorldatWork in April 2016.
