Kim Hilgert

Kim Hilgert is a corporate wellbeing consultant and managing partner at Tryangle bvba since July 2017, focusing on developing sustainable wellbeing policies and enhancing workplace happiness for companies. Previous experience includes co-leading a network of Happiness@Work professionals at Woohoo Unlimited from June 2018 to February 2023, and serving as project manager for higher and adult education at COFEP from August 2016 to March 2022. Kim's earlier roles encompass language training in Dutch and French at BLCC and VDAB, as well as serving as a Dutch-French instructor at DECAtaal. Educational qualifications include a Licentiaat in Romaanse Talen en Culturen from the University of Antwerp and certifications as a stress and burnout coach.
