Jordan Kasper

Jordan Kasper has a strong background in technical support and engineering. They most recently worked as a Developer Success Engineer at Finch. Prior to this, they held roles at Algolia, ForgeRock, Janrain Inc., Jama Software, New Relic Inc., Symantec, and Eastern Oregon University. Their responsibilities included managing technical accounts, providing support for software and APIs, troubleshooting customer issues, and working with developers to find and fix bugs.

Jordan Kasper holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from Eastern Oregon University, which was obtained from 2008 to 2014. In addition to this degree, Jordan has obtained several certifications, including the "Complete Python Bootcamp: Go from zero to hero in Python 3" from Udemy in March 2020, the "IBM Data Science Specialization" from Coursera in August 2019, the "ForgeRock Identity Platform DevOps Advanced Skills" from ForgeRock in June 2019, and the "ForgeRock Access Management Core Skills" from ForgeRock in September 2017.
