William Dias

William Dias is an experienced engineering manager with a background in software development and technology leadership. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Finch since April 2023, William previously held a similar role at Dapper Labs, where responsibilities included leading teams focused on data access and availability for the Flow Protocol. William's expertise in strategic integrations and team management was further demonstrated during tenure at Loom, where management of the Workflow Experience team and leadership of the Platform & Integrations team were key roles. As co-founder and CTO at Zabo, William played a pivotal role in building an efficient distributed team. Earlier roles included senior software engineering positions at nanoPay inc and Imagile.io, and co-founding a startup in the fashion tech industry. William holds a BSc in Computer Science from Universidade Federal de Pelotas.
