Benjamin Filio

Benjamin Filio is an experienced project manager and freelance photographer with a diverse background in operational management and child development. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Trying Together since May 2023, Benjamin oversees project goals and liaises with regional child care providers and local funders. As a freelance photographer since 2010, Benjamin has specialized in non-profit documentation and storytelling, collaborating with numerous organizations and publications. Previous roles include Operations Manager at Porchswing Collective, where Benjamin managed various projects and client engagement, and several positions in child development and education prior to that. Benjamin holds a BA in Sociology and Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
