Karena Lee

Karena Lee is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at the Tsao Foundation since November 2024. Prior to this role, Karena was a Headhunter at Boutique Talent Agency, focusing on private banking talent recruitment in Europe. From June 2023 to 2024, Karena held the position of Executive Director for Client Development & Family Advisory at UBS, following a long tenure at Credit Suisse as Director & Team Lead for Client Development & Prospect Management in Southeast Asia, where a team was managed to drive significant asset growth. Earlier roles included Senior Manager of Customer Strategy at Barclays Plc, Manager of Corporate Development at Prudential plc, and Associate in Business Development & Strategy at Thomson Reuters. Karena holds a Bachelor of Science in Government & Law from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Nottingham.
